Technology Team

We guide seniors through the digital world with patience, protection, and care—making everyday technology feel simple, not stressful. Whether it is a smartphone, tablet, computer, or app, our Tech Team helps seniors stay connected, secure, and confident. Each member brings hands-on experience, patience, and a strong understanding of what seniors need most from their devices.

Tech Team includes:

  • Senior Advocates and Volunteers – Equipped with tech skills and compassion to guide and protect
  • Patient, Trained Support Staff – Explain things clearly, step by step, without rushing or overwhelming
  • In-Person and Remote Helpers – Meet seniors where they are—at home, over the phone, or online—to make support easy and accessible

We can help

For seniors, technology often means dropped calls, forgotten passwords, confusing screens, or strange messages that feel risky or overwhelming. It can feel impossible to use—especially when all they want to do is check a doctor’s appointment, join a church service online, or open a message from family, and nothing works the way it should. We step in to troubleshoot, teach, and support every step of the way.

  • Tech Support – Fix problems early, so small tech issues do not turn into big frustrations
  • Tech Training – Teach seniors the basics, one step at a time, until technology feels easy
  • Tech Service – Troubleshoot, repair, and guide—helping seniors choose phones, tablets, or services that fit their needs, whether or not they purchase through us*
