Protect Team includes:
- Senior Advocates – Respond to urgent concerns, monitor ongoing risk, and stay closely involved until safety is restored
- Certified Ombudsmen – Investigate concerns inside care facilities, file formal complaints, and follow up on outcomes
- Trusted Contacts or Loved Ones – Informed when action is needed to protect the senior and help prevent further harm
- Proper Authorities – Adult Protective Services (APS), law enforcement, licensing agencies, and others who respond to abuse, fraud, or neglect
- Partner Organizations – Including shelters, legal aid, and crisis response programs to provide safe alternatives and critical services
